The invention relates to a system and method for flight procedure checking and verification, used in the field of civil aviation; the system includes a video camera device, a storage device, a playback device, a QAR, a data processing module, and a synchronization module; the steps of applying the method, of the present system, of flight procedure checking and verification are: acquiring actual visual video and flight parameters, generating simulated visual video, generating an overrun alarm, processing data, generating composite simulated visual video, generating flight path and flight procedure protection zone images, and synchronization and playback; application of the present system and method overcomes the deficiencies of the prior art, better circumvents human sensory factors, and accurately reflects the overall situation of the aircraft at each time point during flight procedures, providing objective and accurate reference for flight procedure design and approval personnel.
