The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a micro-channel, comprising: a structure including a first structure having concave portions and convex portions, and a second structure which closes the concave portions to form a channel; and an accommodation part in which the structure is accommodated such that a space to which a constant pressure is exerted is formed on the outer surface of the structure. Accordingly, an apparatus for manufacturing a micro-channel capable of manufacturing a micro-channel by applying a uniform pressure to the entire area of the outer surface of the structure is provided.
