摘要 <p>The subject master of the invention is a method of and machine for biomass conversion into renewable fuel by mixing the pre-segregated, size-reduced, sieved and dried biomass; with its transport inside a cylindrical retort with the use of a screw conveyor; combined with biomass drying, heating and oxygen-free torrefaction with gas emission, characterised in that the biomass is processed in an energy generator (A) connected with an oxygen-free chamber (B), where the generator comprises at least one cylindrical retort (1) of the length L from 5 to 8 m with a conveyor (2) rotary shaft placed coaxially and fitted with a wall-tangent and sliding blade (3) of variable stroke, so that the blade (3) stroke increases in the retort reaction zone (II, III) from between 0.03 and 0.05 L to between 0.07 and 0.09 L at the retort section zone from 0.1 to 0.4 L (II), as well as from between 0.07 and 0.09 L to between 0.3 and 0.35 L at the retort section zone from 0.4 to 0.95 L (III), while in the retort chute zone (IV) at its section from 0.9 to 1.0 L the blade (3) is wound-up on the conveyor shaft (2) backwards, so that the conveyor is charged with biomass by the charge (4) while it rotates at from 1 to 40 r.p.m. to transport the biomass through the retort reaction zone (11,111), where the biomass is mixed continuously, dried and partially gasified at the retort (1) section from 0.3 to 0.6 L; then, it is torrefied at the retort (1) section from 0.6 to 1.0 L in the temperature from 220 to 299 °C; the gas products of the reaction are carried out of the retort (1) by the system connected to retort through at least one outlet hole at the retort (1) section from 0.25 L to 0.95 L, where the total field of outlet clearances is no more than 0.8 of the retort clearance field; then, the solid product is carried out through the retort outlet (5) and insulated manhole (6) to the oxygen-free chamber (B) where it is kept in an oxygen-free atmosphere for 2 to 5 minutes in the temperature below 300 °C; then, the fuel obtained is carried out of the oxygen-free chamber (B) through the renewable fuel chute (8).</p>
