<p>The invention relates to parts of pre-determined shape, assembled to form caissons for receiving concrete, required in civil engineering, for tie beams, tie columns or head beams, forming a regular trapezoidal tensioning element, including a screw which, when turned, stretches a securing element, a counter-tensioning element acting as an anchor, T-shaped nails, and spacers, the securing element securing the parts to one another. The process of the invention comprises positioning spacers, such that the central perforations are aligned, providing planks on both sides, fitting upper spacers, the perforations in said upper spacers being aligned with the perforations in the lower spacers, inserting T-nails, parts anchored in the floor to receive the poured concrete, securing a wire and tensioning T-part attaching the counter-tensioning element, said wire having been passed through the central perforations in the corresponding parts, and, upon rotation of the T-part, stretching the wire with the tensioning element, such that the formwork remains fixed. In order to remove the falsework, the T-part turns in the opposite direction, releasing the securing element.</p> |
