PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such technology that display irregularity in a liquid crystal display device having a curved liquid crystal panel can be suppressed without inducing other problems as far as possible.SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device includes: a flexible liquid crystal panel 11; a transparent rear face curved protective plate 12 and a front face curved protective plate 13 interposing the liquid crystal panel 11 on the rear face and the front face of the panel, respectively; and a rear face polarizing plate 14 and a front face polarizing plate 15. At least one of the rear race polarizing plate 14 and the front face polarizing plate 15 is not stuck to the liquid crystal panel 11 but stuck to the adjoining one of the rear face curved protective plate 12 and the front face curved protective plate 13. |
