PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus which correctly and accurately calculates the average value of blood stream values in the dominant region ROI of respective main blood vessels.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 10 is provided with: volume acquiring means 42 for acquiring volume data which includes an angiogram; blood vessel volume generating means 50 for generating volume data representing the angiogram on the basis of the volume data; and three-dimensional image generating means 51 for generating three-dimensional image data representing the angiogram of a region corresponding to the required dominant region from among a plurality of dominant regions, on the basis of the volume data representing the angiogram. |
