PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, an apparatus, and a method of realizing high accuracy geometric inspection in a case of picking up a reference image and a query image from different points of view.SOLUTION: A computer is caused to function as Homography matrix determination means for executing: a first step of arbitrarily selecting a plurality of pairs of corresponding points from a point correspondence group including feature points p' of a query image and feature points p of a reference image; a second step of calculating a Homography matrix X for projecting the reference image onto a query image system using the selected plurality of pairs of corresponding points; and a third step of determining whether an angle error |&thetas;-&thetas;'| between a direction &thetas;obtained by projecting the feature points p of the reference image using the Homography matrix H and a direction &thetas;' of the feature points p' of the query image having point correspondence thereto is not more than a predetermined angle, the computer repeating the first step to the third step until the number of pairs of corresponding points determined as true becomes not less than a predetermined number. |
