PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of an exhaust gas treatment procedure by a process device which treats a scrubber fluid, to minimize the necessity of maintenance work.SOLUTION: A scrubber inlet 3 and an outlet 4 for a scrubber fluid are formed at an exhaust gas scrubber 1 which acts on an exhaust gas conduit 2 of a diesel engine. A centrifugal separator 9 is connected to a buffer tank 6 via a separator supply pump 10, and a purification circuit for the scrubber fluid is arranged at the buffer tank. The scrubber fluid having a contamination substance phase is sent to a separator inlet 8 of the centrifugal separator by the separator supply pump, and introduced to a separation space 12 included in a rotor 11 of the centrifugal separator which rotates at a high speed. The contamination substance phase of the scrubber fluid is separated and discharged via a second separator outlet 15. |
