PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for processing measurement spectrum data obtained by measuring a biological tissue, in which multivariate analysis is performed at a higher speed than before.SOLUTION: By suitably performing sampling of spectrum data for performing multivariate analysis to measurement spectrum data, the number of spectrums is reduced. Thus, the multivariate analysis can be performed at a high speed.
