PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling wind take-in structure of an intercooler having a shape which can efficiently and largely take in a traveling wind while avoiding a constraint on a space and design. ! SOLUTION: This cooling wind take-in structure takes a cooling wind into an engine room of a vehicle, and a duct extending up to an arbitrary cooling-objective part in the engine room from a vehicle front is arranged along a hood rear face. The duct is composed of a traveling wind take-in port and a traveling wind passage, and the traveling wind take-in port of the duct has an opening at a vehicle front, and is located at an upper side rather than a front end of a hood in a state that the hood is closed. The traveling wind take-in port is constituted of a portion which is connected to the traveling wind passage toward a rear from the opening in the vehicle width direction, and a portion having a substantially-square conical shape which is closed toward a rear from the opening.
