switching a switch-mode power converter to produce an output voltage across the one or more light emitting diodes; sensing a current provided by the switch-mode power converter; providing a variable input signal to generate a reference voltage, that varies as a function of the output voltage; and controlling the step of switching, in response to a comparison of the sensed current and the reference voltage. |
