Provided is an image sensor comprising, on a substrate: a first electrode made of aluminum, copper or aluminum-copper alloy; a buffer layer on the first electrode; a photo-conductive layer on the buffer layer; and a second electrode on the photo-conductive layer, wherein the buffer layer, in comparison to the photo-conductive layer, is made of a substance having better bonding strength with the first electrode. |
