Provided is a method that is for producing an electrically conductive film and that is provided with: a coating film formation step for forming a coating film by applying into a resin substrate an electrically-conductive-film-forming composition containing copper oxide particles, copper particles, and an organic compound having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group and an amino group and of which the temperature at which the rate of mass decrease when heated at a temperature rise speed of 10°C/minute is 50% is in the range of 120-350°C; and an electrically conductive film formation step for forming an electrically conductive film containing metallic copper by performing heating processing by heating the coating film to a heating temperature of 140-400°C at a temperature rise speed of 30-10,000°C/minute. Further provided is the electrically conductive film. |
