PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flour paste which can be transported, stored and used in a wide temperature range and for a long period of time without requiring separate use of a raw material oil and fat by the storage temperature at low cost.SOLUTION: There is provided a flour paste which is obtained using a palm-based oil and fat as a main raw material and contains, in the entire flour paste, 8 to 45 wt.% of a liquid oil and fat derived from palm oil containing 10 to 30 wt.% of glycerides in which the SU2/UUU weight ratio is 1.9 or less, the SSS content is 2 wt.% or less and palmitic acid is linked at the position 2 in the total liquid oil and fat. |
