PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck for maintenance structured so as to automatically apply parking brake on a pair of front and rear bogie trucks at the same time when disconnected from a motor car, and so as to easily release the parking brake only when moved.SOLUTION: The truck for maintenance supports a loading platform frame 1 with a pair of front and rear bogie trucks 2, 2, and includes: rod bars for transmitting brake-operating force which are respectively pivoted to a pair of connected swing arms; and a gas spring for a parking brake which biases a third swing arm swingably pivoted to the loading platform frame 1. The truck is structured so that mechanical brake link mechanisms 20, 20 interlocked and connected with the rod bars are mounted on the bogie trucks 2, 2 respectively, the parking brakes are simultaneously applied to the pair of bogie trucks 2, 2 by biasing force of the gas spring in a disconnection-holding state where the loading platform frame 1 is disconnected from a motor car, and two of the parking brakes are simultaneously released by parking-brake manually-releasing means 10 in the disconnection-holding state. |
