PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and efficiently cool a large-scale space in a factory or the like at low cost.SOLUTION: An air feeding fan with a spray nozzle is installed in a large-scale space of a building, and the spray nozzle sprays droplets having an average particle diameter of 10-50 μm. The operation of the air feeding fan with the spray nozzle is configured to be selective from among air feeding with spray blown out by mixing air feeding generated from the air feeding fan with spray jetted from the spray nozzle, the spray from the spray nozzle only, and air feeding from the air feeding fan only. |
