<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discover and prevent an illegal action on early stage by preventing a serious abnormal state from being easily canceled in the case where abnormal states are generated redundantly.SOLUTION: In the case where one abnormal state is generated and another abnormal state of a different priority from that of the one abnormal state is further generated, only regarding any one abnormal state, reporting is executed by report means. When a predetermined cancel operation is executed in the case where a plurality of abnormal states are generated, only the abnormal state of the lowest priority is ended on the basis of the cancel operation. In the case where reporting is executed for this abnormal state, the reporting is finished and for the other abnormal state which is not ended, reporting is executed by the report means.</p> |
