PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a solar battery backside protective sheet less expensive and superior in scratch resistance, solvent resistance, long-term outdoor weathering resistance, and long-term moist heat resistance; and a solar battery module less prone to cause a crack or fracture in a solar battery backside protective sheet side even with a terminal box attached thereto.SOLUTION: A solar battery backside protective sheet comprises: a weather resistant resin layer (1) formed from a weather-resistant resin composition (1'') containing a particular acrylic copolymer (A) and a polyisocyanate compound in particular proportions; an easily-adherable resin layer (2); and a plastic film (3). In the solar battery backside protective sheet, the weather resistant resin layer (1) is laminated to the plastic film (3) through the easily-adherable resin layer (2); and the easily-adherable resin layer (2) is formed from an easily-adherable resin composition (2'') containing a particular polyether urethane copolymer (D) and a polyisocyanate compound (B2).
