<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle capable of preventing an obstacle on a track from being carried to below a vehicle body.SOLUTION: In the case where information on an obstacle is detected, a height adjustment mechanism 14 is actuated to discharge the air of a first pneumatic spring 13 on a leading side. An obstacle remover 4 is mounted on the head of a vehicle body 3 constituting a leading vehicle 2 so that the clearance between a rail and the obstacle remover 4 can be reduced, if the clearance between the head side of the vehicle body 3 and a truck frame 11 is reduced by discharging air of the first pneumatic spring 13. In the case of a collision against an obstacle on the track, therefore, the obstacle can be prevented from being carried under the vehicle body 3.</p> |
