The invention relates to an aircraft drive chain including a plurality of main gears (10, 13, 14, 15) engaging with each other. One first main gear (10) comprises a wall (21a, 22) defining an inner space (12). An outer set of gear teeth (24) is placed on one outer surface of the wall (21a, 22). The outer set of gear teeth (24) engages with at least one second main gear (13, 14, 15). A gear system (11a) is built into the inner space (12). The first main gear (10) and the gear system (11a) are jointly configured so as to form a gearbox or reducer and ensure mechanical power transfer between a drive member and a slave member. Said gear system (11a) is mounted onto the wall (21a, 22) by means of a decoupling member (11b). |
