The invention applies to the field of finishing construction works, for covering the decorative or other kinds of layers. The proposed pressure tanker of the new construction consists of two chambers, which are compactly placed inside a single cylinder, that are closed by conical drums. The top cap has an opening, which is covered by a top with the use of pressurized air.
