PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved medical device.SOLUTION: A medical device useful for improvement of tissue damage, and/or facilitation of tissue repair, and/or restriction or inhibition of complications (e.g. inflammation and restenosis) related to the use or implantation of a medical device in a target has been desired. It is desired to provide a medical device useful for prevention, improvement or remedy of damaged tissues and/or inflammation, and/or useful for facilitation of tissue repair, and useful for prevention, improvement or remedy of swelling, hyperplasia, or other abnormal cell arrangement, growth, and/or proliferation, and/or tissue damage. Such a device, a manufacturing method thereof, and use thereof are provided. More specifically, the medical device includes an anti-connexin agent suitable for injection to a target. |
