PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant film and a laminated film for packaging materials, which enable saving of petroleum resources by using a polyethylene-based resin originated from a plant, a renewable resource, and are friendly to the environment owing to reduction of the amount of carbon dioxide emitted, and a packaging bag which uses the films and is excellent in processing suitability.SOLUTION: Sealant films F1 to F4 for packaging materials are composed of a resin composition 1 containing a plant-originated polyethylene-based resin having a biomass degree of 80-100%, calculated from a measurement of radioactive carbon datingC. A laminated film 3 formed by laminating the sealant films F1 to F4 for packaging materials on a substrate film 5 and a packaging bag composed of the laminated film 3 are also provided.
