PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration module and a filtration device, which are excellent in the washing capacity of a hollow fiber membrane surface and can maintain a high filtration capacity.SOLUTION: A filtration module comprises: a plurality of hollow fiber membranes to be held such that they are arranged in one direction; and a holding member for fixing two endpoint parts of the hollow fiber membranes. The hollow fiber membranes include a support layer composed mainly of polytetrafluoroethylene, and a filtration layer laminated on the surface of the support layer and composed mainly of polytetrafluoroethylene, and the ratio of the average length of the hollow fiber membrane to an average external diameter is 500 or more and 3000 or less. The plurality of hollow fiber membranes may be vertically arranged. The hollow fiber membrane may have an average external diameter of 2 mm or more and 6 mm or less, and an average internal diameter of 0.5 mm or more and 4 mm or less. The hollow fiber membrane may have an average length of 3 m or more and 6 m or less.
