<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration piece in which short circuit between two electrode pads is prevented, and to provide a vibrator including the vibration piece, and an electronic device, an electronic apparatus and a mobile.SOLUTION: In a crystal vibration piece 1 provided, on the lower surface of a support arm 23, with first and second electrode pads 37, 38 and, between the first and second electrode pads 37, 38, with notches 18a, 18b so that both principal surfaces (upper and lower surfaces) of a support arm 23 overlap in the plan view, the notches 18a, 18b include a ramp having first surfaces 19c, 19d cut to extend in the -X axis direction from a side face 20a of the support arm 23 in the +X axis direction, and substantially orthogonal to the X axis, and first and second inclined surfaces 19a, 19b extending in the +X axis direction.</p> |
