PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erroneous insertion prevention mechanism which enables successful insertion of a module substrate to a corresponding base substrate. ! SOLUTION: A process control controller comprises: a base substrate 1; a module 2 attached to the base substrate 1; and a limiting member 3 attached to the base substrate 1. The limiting member 3 includes: a base part 31; an engagement part 32 projected from one end of a bottom face 31d of the base part 31; and a leaf spring part 33 projected from the other end of the bottom face 31d. The base part 31 has slant faces 31b, 31c which are slanted with respect to a direction perpendicular to the base substrate 1 in a plane parallel with a module substrate 22.
