METHOD FOR CHANGING CELL STATE, USER EQUIPMENT, AND BASE STATION

A method for changing a cell state, a user equipment, and a base station. The method comprises: a user equipment receiving a first instruction sent by a main base station, so as to instruct a state change of a first cell of the main base station or a state change of a second cell of an auxiliary base station; and activating the first cell or the second cell according to the first instruction, or deactivating the first cell or the second cell according to the first instruction. In the embodiments of the present invention, the main base station and the auxiliary base station both serve the UE and are in carrier aggregation, the UE can obtain an activation state or a deactivation state of a serving cell under the serving base stations according to the first instruction sent by the main base station, so as to activate or deactivate all the serving cells, and mange activation or deviation of serving cells under multiple base stations in carrier aggregation.
