INCLINED PLATE CHECK VALVE

An inclined plate check valve comprises a left valve body (1), a right valve body (2), a big valve plate (3), a small valve plate (4) and a diaphragm control component (5). The left valve body (1) and the right valve body (2) are butt-jointed according to an inclined hole to form one piece, and the inclined hole is inclined such that the upper part thereof inclines towards the right valve body (2). The diaphragm control component (5) is provided on the left valve body (1). The big valve plate (3) is arranged along the inclined hole, the big valve plate (3) is located within a valve chamber constituted by the left valve body (1) and the right valve body (2), and the big valve plate (3) hangs from a shaft hole of the left valve body (1) by means of a valve shaft (6). The small valve plate (4) is connected to the diaphragm control component (5), and the small valve plate (4) is mounted at a slowly closing valve mouth of the big valve plate (3) by means of a pin shaft (7) of the small valve plate (4). It is possible to provide a two-stage valve closing process where a big valve plate is closed rapidly and a small valve plate on a flow release hole of the big valve plate can be slowly closed in an adjustable time, achieving the purpose of reducing backflow of water, and eliminating water hammer when starting and stopping a pump.
