[Problem] To minimize a decrease in sealing between a housing and an inverter cover in a motor-driven compressor while guaranteeing an electrical connection between the housing and the inverter cover. [Solution] An inverter-integrated motor-driven compressor, wherein the circumferential edge of a metal inverter cover (7) is securely fastened by a bolt (8) to a metal inverter case (6) constituting a housing of the motor-driven compressor. The inverter case (6) and the inverter cover (7) are sealed together by an annular insulating gasket (9) disposed therebetween. The inverter case (6) and the inverter cover (7) are electrically connected by a convex part (63) formed in the side of the inverter case (6), and the convex part (63) is positioned further mediolaterally inward in the inverter case (6) than are the bolt (8) and the insulating gasket (9). |
