<p>An MWT solar battery, comprising a solar battery piece (1). The solar energy piece (1) is provided with k × k dot matrix holes (2), where k is greater than or equal to 5, and k is an integer. The dot matrix holes (2) vertically go through the solar energy piece (1). A current collected at a gate line (4) of a light receiving surface (3) reaches k × k electrode contact points (5) of a backlight surface by means of the dot matrix holes (2), wherein the dot matrix holes (2) are columnar or conical structures. The backlight surface of the solar energy piece (1) is provided with back surface electrodes (6) arranged in a 4 × 4 dot matrix, and the back surface electrodes (6) are connected to an aluminium back surface field (7) on the backlight surface of a solar energy. By adopting such a design manner, the light-shielding area of the gate line on the light receiving surface is smaller, the silver paste consumption is lower, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is higher.</p> |
