PURPOSE: To provide a method for easily and quickly measuring the ATR of a turbid liquid sample. CONSTITUTION: A filtration screen 2 is kept in contact with the specimen-contact surface of an ATR prism 1, and a turbid liquid specimen is dropped to the filter 2 for measuring the ATR of components after the transmission thereof through the screen 2, thereby removing particle components (a) contained in the liquid and analyzing solution components (b). |
