The present invention relates to a sanitary and potable water supply system for a drillship which comprises fresh water tanks (20) and fresh water pressure tanks (30) and supplies water to sanitary water pipes (11) and potable water pipes (12). Charcoal filters (40) are installed between the fresh water pressure tanks and water pipes (11) (12) for water supply, and a silver sterilizer (50) is installed on a pipe of a fresh water generator (14) connected to the fresh water tank (20). Therefore, the present invention gives filtration and sterilization functions for a limited space dispersively and organically in supplying the sanitary and potable water in the drillship, thereby improving the water quality and keeping the maintenance of the system smooth.
