PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor allowing a burden on an operator to be reduced in alignment of a medical image.SOLUTION: A medical image processor 1 according to the present embodiment includes a storage unit 12 for storing a plurality of first cross-sectional images respectively corresponding to a plurality of cross sections different from each other, and a plurality of second cross-sectional images respectively corresponding to the cross sections, an input unit 16 for inputting at least three landmarks on each of the first and second cross-sectional images, an axis determination unit 14 for determining a first axis connecting two points in landmarks in each of the first and second cross-sectional images, and a second axis going through another point different from the two points among the landmarks and being perpendicular to the first axis, a display unit 26 for displaying the three landmarks and the first and second axes on the first and second cross-sectional images, and an alignment unit 22 for aligning the second cross-section image to the first cross-sectional image by using the first and second axes in the first cross-sectional images, and the first and second axes in the second cross-sectional images. |
