PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten communication delay.SOLUTION: A cloud controller 30 sets an address of a default gateway via which a VM performs data communication to an address of a default gateway of the VM at a migration destination after migration was executed. In addition, the cloud controller 30 selects a global IP address of the migrated VM from global IP addresses allocated to a base of the migration destination. Then, the cloud controller 30 creates a NAT address translation table in which the selected global IP address is set as the global IP address of the VM, and sets it to the default gateway of the migration destination.
