<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormality notification based on erroneous detection from being spread to a plurality of watching persons if abnormality detection of a person to be watched is the erroneous detection.SOLUTION: When a server device 2 detects abnormality about a person M1 to be watched, the server device transmits abnormality notification information to a plurality of watching persons K1 to Kx, and in such a case, sequentially transmits the abnormality notification information with a time interval in order regulated by order information. This causes time difference in arrival of the transmitted abnormality notification information between a person in early order and a person in later order. When safety response information is received from the person M1 to be watched in the meantime, transmission of the abnormality notification information to untransmitted destinations of the subsequent order is stopped. Consequently, the abnormality notification information based on erroneous detection can be prevented from being spread more than necessary.</p> |
