<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser surveying device which does not narrow down a laser beam irradiation range more than necessary.SOLUTION: There is provided a rotary laser device 27 having a turning unit 32 provided inside a case 31 so as to be able to tilt and rotate and irradiating a periphery around a light projection optical axis 40 with a laser beam by the rotation of the turning unit, in which a tilt angle detection device 200 for detecting the tilt angle of the turning unit 32 relative to the case 31 is provided. The tilt angle detection device 200 includes: a pattern plate 201 provided on an underside of a laser projector 36; a plurality of light-receiving elements S1-S8 arranged facing the pattern plate 201; and a determination unit for determining a direction and amount of inclination of the turning unit 32 on the basis of the received amount of light of each of the light-receiving elements S1-S8.</p> |
