<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mismatch of image data to be caused by requests to print and delete image data from a plurality of users of image forming apparatuses logged in to the same print server.SOLUTION: A print server 10 includes a storage unit for storing image data. The print server allows a user to be logged in, in response to a log-in request from each of image forming apparatuses 30 for forming images on the basis of image data read from the storage unit, prevents the second and subsequent users in the logged-in users from printing and deleting the image data, and notifies the second and subsequent logged-in users of that printing and deleting the image data is regulated.</p> |
