PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution principle of transmission power when a mobile terminal performs uplink-transmission of plural transport blocks with a limited transmission power.SOLUTION: When a terminal unit transmits a transport block on an uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and a random access preamble on a random access channel (PRACH) each of which is included in a different timing advance group in different component carriers, the terminal unit determines the power for performing PUSCH transmission for each sub frame. When total transmission power exceeds a maximum transmission power value Pwhich is preset on the terminal unit, the terminal unit adjusts the power for PUSCH transmission so that the adjusted total transmission power does not exceed the value of Pin a part where the PUSCH transmission and the PRACH transmission overlap with each other and transmits a random access response to the adjusted random access preamble to the terminal unit.
