Provided are a liquid crystal panel and a display device. The liquid crystal panel comprises: an upper substrate (3) and a lower substrate (4) which are arranged opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer between the upper substrate (3) and the lower substrate (4). A plurality of first common electrodes (5a, 5b) and a plurality of first pixel electrodes (6), which are alternately arranged, are formed on the lower substrate (4), and a plurality of second common electrodes (7a, 7b) or second pixel electrodes (12) are formed on the upper substrate (3). The forming locations of the plurality of second common electrodes (7a, 7b) or the second pixel electrodes (12) correspond to those of the plurality of first common electrodes (5a, 5b) or the first pixel electrodes (6). The provided technical solution can improve the electric field distribution of a liquid crystal layer of a liquid crystal panel, increase the transmittance of the liquid crystal panel, and reduce the voltage of a corresponding pixel electrode when the transmittance reaches the maximum value at the same time. |
