PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting board made of a synthetic resin on which food material can be easily cut in a desired cutting width. SOLUTION: A number of square crimped patterns 2 are formed on the surface of a cutting board 1 to be surrounded with flat grid patterns 3, where length of one side of the square crimped pattern 2 and width of the flat grid pattern 3 are set in such known lengths as to be easily memorized. When food material is placed on the cutting board 1, the square crimped patterns 2 and the width of the flat grid patterns 3 are taken as marks, thereby the food material can be easily cut in a desired cutting width. |
