The present invention relates to equipment for manufacturing a flat panel display device. According to the invention, pieces of equipment for an organic light emitting diode manufacturing system configured in an in-line system can be separated from one another. Accordingly, the organic light emitting diode manufacturing system can be relieved of a burden of an installation space and cost, and productivity and efficiency can be improved by manufacturing the organic light emitting diode display device using the manufacturing system. |
