The calculation method includes a step S4 of calculating the structural relaxation of a polymer material model 11, a deformation calculation step S6 of calculating the deformation of the polymer material model 11 after the calculation of the structural relaxation, and a step S8 of calculating energy loss from the stress and distortion of the polymer material model 11 on the basis of a result of the calculation of the deformation. The deformation calculation step S6 includes a specific frequency calculation step S61 of calculating the specific frequency f of potential, and a step S62 of setting a frequency different from the specific frequency f of the potential to the polymer material model 11 to calculate the deformation of the polymer material model 11. |
