PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle and an engine mount controller capable of appropriately reducing an operation load of the engine mount controller.SOLUTION: An ACM ECU of a vehicle determines timing at which a start timing signal Sst2 indicating timing of starting a vibration suppression control at a time of engine start or restart can be received from a motor ECU or signal processing timing that is timing at which the signal Sst2 is determined as normal using a crank rotation position &thetas;crk or a crank rotational speed Ncrk. If the signal processing timing is determined and the signal Sst2 is received, the vibration suppression control starts.
