The passivation layer (5) covers the gate insulating layer (3), and the pixel electrode (6) is arranged above the passivation layer (5); and a common electrode line (2) is at least partially arranged between the gate insulating layer (3) and the substrate (1), a data line (4) is arranged between the gate insulating layer (3) and the passivation layer and the data line (4) is located above the common electrode line (2), and the common electrode line (2) shields the data line (4) so that light leakage can be prevented, to avoid crosstalk resulting from light leakage.
