<p>PURPOSE: A method of controlling a video processing apparatus by using a touch input device, and a video processing apparatus performing the same are provided to increase user convenience of a user interface when operating a scroll/scale-down and up of an application screen. CONSTITUTION: A method of controlling a video processing apparatus by using a touch input device comprises the steps of: detecting a first touch input on a touch input unit from a user(S110); creating first coordinate information in correspondence to the detected touch input(S120); judging whether or not the created first coordinate information corresponds to the first gesture(S130); and setting up the region corresponding to the first coordinates information as the user setting touch input region(S140).</p> |
