A solar cell according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a semiconductor substrate, a tunneling layer which is located on one side of the semiconductor substrate; a first conductive semiconductor layer which is formed on the tunneling layer; and a second conductive semiconductor layer which is formed on the tunneling layer. A separation part to separate the first conductive semiconductor layer from the second conductive semiconductor layer is located in at least part of a boundary region between the first conductive semiconductor layer and the second conductive semiconductor layer on the tunneling layer.
