PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of common mode noise filter capable of improving a function to remove common mode noises. ! SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of common mode noise filter includes the steps of: forming a lamination 12 which includes two coils 14 and 15 by laminating an insulation layer 13a and a coil conductor over the upper face of a lower lamination 11; forming a concave portion 16 by irradiating winding shafts of the two coils 14 and 15 with a laser; forming a magnetic member 17 by filling the concave portion 16 with a magnetic material; and laminating an upper lamination 18 over the lamination 12.
