PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time until starting work for filling a beverage, or reduce production interval time. ! SOLUTION: A sterilization method for a beverage supply system piping includes: sending hot water or heating steam to a beverage supply system piping 7 that sends a beverage simultaneously to plural filling nozzles 2a; computing an F value while detecting, every given period of time, temperatures of a given spot of the beverage supply system piping and of all filling nozzles, while causing the filling nozzles 2a to jet the hot water or heating steam; and ending the sterilization process when a minimum F value reaches a target value. Further, the F value is computed by using the following equation (refer to the published actual patent proposal), in which Tr=85 and Z=7.8 are defined when pH of the beverage is less than 4-4.6, or Tr=60 and Z=5 are defined when pH of the beverage is less than 4. !
