<p>A solar photovoltaic panel fixing device, comprising a guide rail (2) and a plurality of pressing block components (3, 4); wherein the guide rail is provided with a pressing block clamping groove (21) along the length direction thereof; a first clamping block (31, 41) of the pressing block component is in sliding match relative to the pressing block clamping groove, the pressing block thereof is used for tightly clamping a solar photovoltaic panel (1); in the cross section of the guide rail, the pressing block clamping groove appears in a half-surrounding shape of being large outside and being small inside and forms a notch (212) which is in a corresponding half-surrounding shape; furthermore, the pressing block clamping groove and the first clamping block which are adapted meet the condition that the width of the notch of the pressing block clamping groove is greater than the minimum size of the corresponding first clamping block and less than the maximum size of the first clamping block. Preferably, the cooperation manner of a supporting leg component (5) of the fixing device and the guide rail is the same as that of the pressing block component and the guide rail. By applying the fixing device, the disassembly and assembly of the clamping blocks of the pressing block component or the supporting leg component of the guide rail can be performed conveniently, thereby effectively controlling the installation cost for fixing the solar photovoltaic panel.
