<p>Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for releasing a resource. The method of an embodiment of the present application comprises: a first terminal determining that a direct communication path to a second terminal is stopped being used; and the first terminal releasing a resource saved by the first terminal and related to the direct communication path, and the first terminal requesting a first base station where the first terminal is located to perform a process of releasing the resource related to the direct communication path. In this manner, when a direct communication path between two UEs is stopped being used, the embodiment of the present application provides a specific solution to solve the problem of how to release, on a network side and a UE side, a resource related to the direct communication path.</p> |
